Ron Gelok

President & Financial Consultant

Ronald (Ron) Gelok is President of Ronald Gelok & Associates. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association with over 20 years of financial services experience and holds insurance licenses in several states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida, as well as Series 6, 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses.

Ron is a licensed New Jersey attorney and a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a much sought after speaker, He has appeared on radio and television discussing a host of financial planning issues.

Ron is known for making complex retirement planning issues clear and easy to understand. His clients often find that, after working with him, they have moved significantly forward in their planning, simplifying their finances.

He expresses his creative side and commitment to financial education in his collaborative book with Steve Forbes, “Successonomics,” and his seminal work on retirement strategy co-authored with Thomas J. Smith, JD “Retirement Rescue.”

Joel E. Molnar

Chief Financial Officer & Director of Tax Planning

Joel Molnar is a Certified Public Account (CPA) with over 30 years of accounting and taxation experience. He has a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Finance. Joel holds degrees in Financial and Estate Planning as well as Corporate Taxation.

At Ronald Gelok & Associates, Joel prepares taxes, models, and projections that assist clients by informing them of current & future strategies regarding their financial future. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an active supporter of The Knights of Pythians, which raises money for Deborah Hospital.

Joel’s success in planning our clientele’s finances spans decades through his Accounting Firm, Molnar, Revilla & Company, to which he is still an Executive Partner. He brings a wealth of tax planning experience and knowledge to Ronald Gelok & Associates.


Susan Gelok-Cullen

Financial Advisor & Managing Director of Florida Operations

Susan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as a Financial Advisor for Ronald Gelok & Associates. Understanding and meeting your needs is her priority. Susan’s diverse background and training enables her to help our clients achieve their long-term financial goals through comprehensive financial planning that she customizes to each of our clients’ needs.

Whether it’s planning for retirement or college expenses, maximizing income, reducing taxes or assisting with long-term care needs, helping people is one of Susan’s passions. Susan is known for her creativity, strategic planning and individualized approach.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Service Management and is a best selling author and Radio Personality. She is licensed in multiple states and has been in Naples for over 10 years!

Adriane Berg

Director of Life Long Income & Lifestyle

Adriane Berg is the Director of Lifelong Income and Lifestyle Planning for Ronald Gelok & Associates. She offers clients special assistance in crafting their retirement plans and funding them with secure and lasting strategies.

Adriane co-hosted the Ronald Gelok Retirement Power Hour with Ron on WCTC 1450 AM every Wednesday evening, and co-authored the book “Beating the F.E.A.R. Factor” with him as well. She has had appearances on Oprah, Good Morning America, and Regis, and was named to the U.S. Treasury Committee on Financial Communication and won an Emmy for her TV show, IRS Tax Beat.

In 2002, Ms. Berg founded Generation Bold, a leader in financial communication with the boomer, mature adult, and family fiduciary. Since then, she has trained hundreds of financial advisors, lectured at USC at Davis, and the American Institute of Financial Gerontologists.

Adriane is a recognized innovator in the quest for successful aging, care giving, self-care, and environments in which we thrive as we age. She is renowned in the financial industry for her innovation in creating Longevity Planning, a concept for investing throughout the age continuum.

Edward Muñoz

Finanicial Advisor

Ed has been in the financial services industry since 2007.  He is a 1989 graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennslyvania with a degree in Economics. Ed’s approach is consultative and objective-driven. He has a commitment to excellence and takes the time to listen and review personal financial situations, preferences, and goals. His asset allocations are customized to your needs and reflect your income and growth expectations.

He focuses on developing strategies and solutions for our clients, their families, and their businesses to help them meet their short and long-term financial goals. Ed holds his Series 7 & 66 securities licenses as well as his Life and Health Insurance license in several states throughout the East Coast.

Mark Ramos

Financial Advisor

Mark is a Series 7 & Series 65 securities licensed advisor and an alumni of George Washington University. Mark specializes in assisting our clients and small business owners to create customized strategies to minimize their tax liabilities, increase their retirement income, and efficiently pass wealth to subsequent generations.

Mark’s experience in working with New England Securities, Edward Jones, and JP Morgan Chase has given him the in-depth knowledge needed to manage all aspects of our clients’ financial portfolios.

Brian Ginty

Financial Advisor & Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC)

Mr. Ginty was a Senior Vice President for The Halpern Group, a company which facilitated the establishment of trusts for plaintiffs in personal injury disputes. In addition to The Halpern Group Brian has held senior management positions both at AIG Domestic Life Companies and Prudential Financial. He was also National Sales Director and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at two of the largest structured settlement brokerage firms.

During his career, Mr. Ginty has successfully negotiated more than 1000 cases throughout the United States and Canada.  He has been a leader in integrating trust and other financial vehicles to provide comprehensive financial strategies for tort victims. 

Brian is a regular speaker at legal seminars and meetings including the American Association for Justice, the North Carolina Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

Mr. Ginty is a veteran of the United States Navy where he served as a cryptologist in Misawa. Japan.  During his three years in Japan, Brian played for the base soccer team as well as coached the high school team.  He also taught English and attended the University of Maryland, Far East Division.  He graduated magna cum laude with a dual major in Business Management and Psychology.  Upon his discharge Brian enrolled in Rutgers Graduate School of Management while he began his career in the financial services industry. 


Morgan Kelly Curran

Director of Operations

Morgan Kelly Curran is the Director of Operations of Ronald Gelok & Associates. Morgan oversees and assists the Operations Team, while working closely with Ron to systematize & implement operational procedures, as well as overseeing the New Business Department.

Morgan’s primary role is working alongside our team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency. She ensures that our clients’ accounts are established in good order.

Morgan is an invaluable asset with over five years’ in financial analysis, execution and administration of business development projects, and providing the ultimate client concierge experience.

Christian Vivas

Director of Sales & Marketing

Christian is our Director of Sales & Marketing, and his primary role is to ensure proper procedure is adhered to regarding client interaction, efficiency of process, and maintaining transparent & timely communication with our clients. He is in charge of our website and event calendar. He also compiles our weekly newsletter, ensuring the most up-to-date investment information is disseminated.

Christian is a Rutgers University graduate from the class of 2007 with a Bachelors in Psychology and an avid Chai & Coffee lover. He also performs on the weekends as the drum major of a Drum & Bugle Corps based out of Princeton. On the very fortunate occasions, his group ends up on National Television and has appeared on The Daily Show & most recently on Bravo’s, ‘Odd Mom Out.’ In his spare time, Christian practices on his trumpet as he grew up loving and performing in the musical arts.

Tamara Barone

Director of Client Services

Prior to Tammie joining RGA, she worked in investment management with several investment firms, including MassMutual Financial and Northwestern Mutual. She has been working and assisting in investment and insurance services since 2002. She is a dedicated and valued asset to our team as Director of Client Services.

Born and raised in Morris County, Tammie currently resides in Essex County, where she enjoys any outdoor activities and volunteering with her dog Mackenzie at various senior centers.

Bethany Longfellow

Director of First Impressions

Bethany’s role as Director of Operations is crucial in maintaining the smooth and organized daily functions of Ronald Gelok & Associates. She manages the team’s calendar, provide logistical support in and around the office, and has transformed the look and feel of our deliverables with aesthetically pleasing and professionally designed materials. Bethany strives to uphold the high standards that Ronald Gelok & Associates expects from its team members by reinforcing protocol and being meticulous in her work within her department.

She has established a hard-working and a above-and-beyond attitude from her 19+ years of riding, working, and managing horses and horse stables. Bethany ensures all of our clients and visitors feel comfortable with a friendly greeting, great conversation, and of course hot coffee!

Eva Bakshis

Departmental Assistant

Eva is our Departmental Assistant here at Ronald Gelok & Associates. She is a recent graduate of Rutgers University and participates with the Society for Creative Anacrhonism, practicing medieval fencing and acting in the New Jersey Renassance Fair.

Eva keeps everything organized in the office, and keeps it running smoothly and efficiently. accurately entering information in our database, digitizing & securing confidential documents, and organzing any and all paperwork.
